Terms & Conditions
KnightLeap is owned and operated by Knight Digital Partners Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“Knight Digital Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KnightLeap website and application at knightleap.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
KnightLeap is a weekly planning tool that combines Scrum-style sprints with quarterly OKRs, recurring routines, and optional AI assistance. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. Each account may include one or more users that you invite; you are responsible for the use of the Service by everyone on your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and payments
KnightLeap is offered on a subscription basis. New accounts begin with a free trial; after the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Current plans are a flat $49 per month (Operator, up to 3 workstreams) or $99 per month (Studio, unlimited workstreams); collaborator seats are included at no charge.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active through the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and partial periods are not pro-rated. Prices are exclusive of taxes, which may be added where applicable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law; or
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content and data you create in the Service (your “Content”). You grant Knight Digital Partners a limited license to host, process, and display your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for your Content and for having the rights necessary to use it with the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and the KnightLeap name and logo, is owned by Knight Digital Partners and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe for payment processing and AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) for optional AI features that you choose to use. Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knight Digital Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
